Workshop Overview
In this workshop, we’ll reframe the discovery conversation from a “me-first” mindset to a truly customer-first approach. Participants will learn how to clearly communicate purpose, deliver meaningful payoff, outline a flexible process, and respect the customer’s time — four key elements that drive engagement and build trust.
We’ll also explore common buyer personas to better understand what matters most to different stakeholders, allowing for faster, more effective conversations. The goal is to create value in every interaction so that customers not only stay engaged — but want to meet with you again.
90-min Workshop Flow
- 60 minutes: Focus on the core Time Constrained Discovery content
- 15 minutes: Follow-up pod demonstration
- 15 minutes: Leader-led get-together walk-through in the Total Access platform. We will be showcasing how micro-learning videos can be used to reinforce the workshop and pod concepts.
